Refund policy

All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer monetary refunds.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, discounted items, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for store credit and place a new order once your return is approved.

Store Credit Policy

If your return is approved, you will receive store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Store credit will be issued after your return has been received and inspected. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions by email.
